Brian Chambers, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Chambers became chief executive officer of Owens Corning in April 2019 and was named chairman in April 2020. Previously, he had served as president and chief operating officer since August 2018, president of the Roofing business beginning in 2014, vice president and general manager for Roofing beginning in 2013, and vice president and managing director of Engineered Solutions in the Composites business. He spent almost four years prior as president of Saint-Gobain’s Distribution Business in North America. Before joining Owens Corning in 2000, Chambers worked with Honeywell, BOC Gases and an international engineering firm.

Todd Fister, President, Insulation

Fister became president of the Owens Corning Insulation business in July 2019. Previously, he served as vice president of global Insulation and strategy. Fister has also served as vice president and managing director for multiple global Insulation businesses. Fister was the vice president of strategy and corporate development for MeadWestvaco and held strategy, operations and finance roles at Kimberly-Clark and Procter & Gamble (P&G).

Ava Harter, Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

Harter serves as senior vice president, secretary and general counsel of Owens Corning. She was appointed to this role in April 2015. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Harter served as general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary at Taleris, a joint venture between GE Aviation and Accenture. She has also worked at The Dow Chemical Company, Jones Day and Thompson Hine LLP.

Ken Parks, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Parks serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Owens Corning. He was appointed to this role in September 2020. Prior to joining Owens Corning, he served as CFO of both Mylan and WESCO International, each for about four years. Parks spent the majority of his career at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in a variety of U.S. and international finance roles.

Paula Russell, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Russell became chief human resources officer in April of 2019. She leads the Human Resource centers of excellence where she has responsibility for the strategy and alignment of Owens Corning’s talent management, total rewards, and Human Resource systems to drive company performance. Russell joined Owens Corning in 1999 through its finance leadership development program and transitioned to Human Resources early in career to fulfill a variety of roles across the enterprise, including manufacturing, corporate, science & technology, and the Composites business.

Marcio Sandri, President, Composites Business

Sandri became president of the Owens Corning Composites business in May 2018. Previously, he served as vice president of global strategy and operations for Composites. He also served as the commercial director for Composites in Latin America, general manager for the region, and vice president and managing director of the Americas region. He led the Asia Pacific Composites business in Shanghai, China, while also holding the position of vice president and managing director of Global Glass Reinforcements. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Sandri worked at Dow Chemical in Latin America and the U.S. in various sales, marketing and business development roles.

Daniel T. Smith, Senior Vice President, Growth and Administration

Smith is senior vice president of growth and administration, accountable for the company’s information technology, human resources, business integration and growth strategies. Prior to joining Owens Corning, he was executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Borders Group. He also spent nearly nine years at The May Department Stores Company in merchandising, operations and human resources roles.

Gunner Smith, President, Roofing

Smith became president of the Owens Corning Roofing business in August 2018. Previously, he served as vice president of Roofing sales since 2013. Smith has also served in various regional and area sales leadership roles since he joined Owens Corning in 2008. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Smith worked with Ply Gem and Elk Corporation.
